V0.0.2 release

I know this is only a V0.0.2, but there have been some quite significant additions to the game:

• Biggest part of the update: Added tentacle caves level complete with the boss which were under construction in the last release. 
  
• I've fixed the bug getting people stuck on getting your clothes back from the triplets.
• Added a couple of 'animal interactions'. One involving Laura having sex with Dexter (Arthur's pet dog). And another with the horses in the stable in the village. This will progress into a side job as a stable hand (still under development though).
• I've fixed a lot of interactions with the men in the village. But with all of the different states of dress.... or undress as it were, there's a lot of possibilities, so some may have slipped through the cracks. Let me know if you come across anything
